What is PlayaPlaya ?

PlayaPlaya is the 1st French brand dedicated to the creation of summer bags and beach bags. Every spring, a new collection of perfect bags and accessories to make the most of sunny days and warm up all the other ones. Want to know more about the brand ? Click here

Do we produce our products in France ?

Our collections are designed in the heart in south of France Golfe de Saint Tropez. Our products are manufactured by hand all around the world so that we can offer you high quality products at a reasonable price.

Colors of my article look a bit different than colors on your website

Since our production is handmade, there may be slight color variations from one product to another, so each PlayaPlaya is unique. These slight variations are not considered defects produced.

Note: smartphones / computers / tablets used to visit our website have different display technologies. The color rendering may vary from one screen to another. We can not be held responsible for these differences in perception.

I can not find specific information about any of your products

How do we pay on PlayaPlaya website and are the payments secured ?

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Paypal (with or without account) and SoForte. All payments are 100% secure. We do not have access to your bank details.

Your payment can't be processed on our website, or an error message is displayed

Sometimes, when paying by credit card, the "Cardholder" field displays an error message. For this field as for all others, be sure to enter the information as it appears on your card without/with capitalization.

What are the shipping rates and time of delivery ?

We prepare orders within 24 to 48 hours. The parcels are then supported by DHL

Your tracking number is available in the order confirmation email that was sent to you. It is possible that this email was redirected to your spam box. In case you did not received this email, please contact us by email at or on our instant messagging.

I did not received my parcel

The chosen carrier may not deliver within the advertised time. In this case, we are here to help you. We will do our best to find your package and help you to be delivered as soon as possible. However, we can not be held responsible for these hazards.
In order to know exactly the state of delivery here are the steps to follow :
- in case of delivery problem with DHL, we invite you to join at first the carrier on DHL customer service will need to be provided with your tracking number . If necessary, we remain at your disposal and will do the necessary with the services concerned.

How to return an item ?

Within a period of 14 days following the receipt of their order, the customer may request reimbursement of the order. Return of the product(s) is the responsibility of the customer if the order was placed from abroad and is at their own risk.

Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in their original state, brand new, not worn, and unwashed. To make a return, the customer must follow the procedure indicated below. The cost of return are the responsability of the customer. 

It is the client's responsibilty to provide a proof of the return, which means the items returned will have to be sent back as a tracked shipment, or any way of their choice providing a precise date; the costs and risks involved in the return depend on the client.

The return policy is as follows:

  • The client has to inform us by emailing:
  • Please include a copy of the delivery note when you return the product
  • Contact the logistics third party of your choice in order to collect the product
  • Keep the proof of shipment

After verifying the returned product is in its original condition (new product, not worn, unwashed, in its original package and with labels), we will refund you on the bank card used for the purchase, within 30 days.

The refund of the price billed for the returned products will be done directly on the client's bank account, at the latest within 30 days after we received the returned products.

The client will also have the possibility to contact the client management team by email: for any other information.

In case these conditions are not respected by the client, including the return and exchange conditions, EJ & SUN will not be able to proceed with any refund for these products.

If the customer does not adhere to these terms and conditions, including conditions of return, EJ & SUN cannot proceed to refund the products in question.

I benefited from the shipping costs offered (*), what happens in case of return?

In this case, the total amount of your order is recalculated by deducting the amount of the returned item (s). If this new amount is less than 85 €, then the costs related to the shipping of your order will be at your expense and will be deducted from the total amount of the refunded item(s).

My item seems to have a defect

Our products are handcrafted. Sometimes and despite our quality control, some articles can hide defective elements. In this case, please contact us by email at within 14 days maximum after rhe receiption of your parcel. After this time, we can not be held responsible and no refund will be possible.

How to clean my item ?

We do not recommend to wash our products.However, you can gently wash it by hand without rubbing in cold water and mild detergent, and let it dry in the sun. We can not be held responsible in case a problem occurs after washing

Can we ship anywhere in the world from the official PlayaPlaya website?

PlayaPlaya products are available on the Internet in France and some European countries from our website The list of countries is available here. You can select the country of your choice by clicking on the corresponding flag.

I have a promo code, how to use it?

To use your promo code, you must enter it during the payment step and validate it. No promo code can be added once the payment has been made.

Only one promo code can be used per order. It is not possible to cumulate them. You must verify that the coupon code entered and validated in the payment step corresponds to the one you wish to use when placing your order. No request to change the promo code can be taken into account once your payment validated.
